Saving, Opening and Publishing
Save and open files
If you would like to save a Runthru file, simply press 'File'.
Then select 'Save' or 'Save As'.
If you would like to open a previously saved Runthru file, simply press 'File' and 'Open', and select the desired file.
Choose a place where you want to save a file (e.g. on the Desktop).
Name a file (e.g. 'Test').
Click here to save a file.
One you have completed your Runthru, you press 'Output' to select a style (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Image, HTML).
Clicking on a publishing type will reveal additional choices related to that selection.
E.g. Click here to choose Word output.
This image shows the Word output choices.
E.g. Choose this 'Side by Side Image on Right' Word output choice.
Choosing 'Publish' will prompt you to save your new Word file.
This Image is the Word output chosen in the above Image.
The small image is a resized image with the Text Boxes removed. It makes it easy for the recipient to see that they are on the correct screen of an application as well as to find the individual elements needed.
The steps are shown here including the text.
Images that appear here are as a result of using the HighlightBox tool. This gives the recipient a close up view of the step area (an optional feature).
