Runthru: Getting started
This document will show you the basics of how begin using Runthru including:
Opening an application;
Picking a theme;
Explanation of buttons.
Double click on Runthru to open the application.
Adversely, type Runthru in the search bar and click to open.
Choose your theme (e.g. default).
Or, double click here if you want to open a Previous Project.
Here is the text frame.
Type here the title of the document (e.g. 'Runthru: Getting started').
Here is the place where you can add the text.
Frame list (the green highlight shows the active frame).
Canvas, where you mark up the image (shows the active frame).
Tool panel. Includes buttons to move, zoom, markup and publish.
Item list. When you have two or more items on a page, you can rearrange the numbers and they will recount themselves.
Once you have selected a theme, the Runthru home screen will open. A new Runthru file will begin by default.
However, to open a previously saved Runthru file, simply press 'File' and 'Open' or 'Open Recent Files', and select the desired file.
The import section includes different tools to make a screenshot, import from your computer or Clipboard, add a text frame.
The markup section includes tools used to draw different shapes, transform (blur, erase, etc.) and to explain parts of the document via arrows, text, and/or highlight box.
Once you have completed your Runthru, you will press 'Output' to select which kind of output you will pick (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Image, HTML).
